Farm Tours
We believe that maintaining a strong connection between farmers and chefs is incredibly important. Understanding seasonality and using locally sourced produce helps to support sustainable agriculture and gives restaurateurs signature seasonal dishes.
We welcome chefs, hospitality staff and students to our Silvan farm to learn about seasonal produce and sustainable farming and give you the opportunity to taste our unique products first hand.
Our director, Liam Spurrell and our passionate and experienced team lead you on a tour around our 18 acre property to introduce you to new flavours while teaching you about foraging, sustainable farming, beekeeping and Australian native produce.
