Spurrell Foraging sustainably grows and wild forages a wide range of edible leaves, flowers and native Australian botanicals. We work closely with Australian growers to offer a selection of flavourful, nutrient rich native fruits and locally sourced raw honeycomb and honey.
We’re proud to share that Spurrell Foraging is HACCP approved, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across all our operations.
Our small team of pickers harvest fresh each morning for delivery to Melbourne venues the same day. We offer fresh produce to Sydney and Canberra venues each Wednesday and Friday.
Our varied range of seasonally available produce are chosen for their unique flavour and textures, adding an exciting twist to your menu.
Our Range
Spurrell Foraging supplies both native Australian botanicals and premium non-native specialty produce through sustainable growing, responsible foraging and trusted grower partnerships.
Our native ingredients, including herbs, fruits and pepperberries, are either cultivated on our farm or carefully wild-foraged in line with seasonal cycles. Alongside this, we grow a wide variety of non-native edible flowers, leaves and culinary herbs, as well as sourcing specialty mushrooms, all selected for flavour, texture and visual impact in professional kitchens.
All produce is harvested fresh to order, handled under HACCP-approved processes, and supplied exclusively to wholesale hospitality venues via Ordermentum
